Elliott is extremely approachable and does not subscribe to the traditional image of the need to wear a suit unless he is in court. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of the Criminal Law and is thorough in his approach to all his cases to ensure the best possible service for his clients.
Outside work Elliott is keen to be outdoors enjoying camping trips and regular bike rides. He is still aiming to return to the Squash Court soon having in the past represented Cornwall.
